Tutorials for ECG and EEG Analysis
Enrique Carrillosulub (February 11, 2023)
ECG and EEG analysis tutorials written for anyone familiar with basic Python and MATLAB programming, respectively can be found here. The ECG tutorials cover information on what a typical ECG signal looks like, what ECG metrics (e.g., root mean square of successive differences and heart rate) are important for analysis, and how to preprocess noisy ECG data (e.g., baseline wander removal and high pass filtering). The EEG tutorials covers basic EEGLAB scripting and EEG preprocessing (e.g., artifact cleaning via artifact subspace reconstruction and independent component analysis).
